Why a Japan ski season

Want a winter in Japan but not sure which resort is right for you? Apply here and we'll help you decide. On your hello call we talk through the resorts, the jobs and what you're after, then secure your job before you leave home.

Most of our ski placements are in Niseko right now, and we add more resorts as they open. Wherever you end up, it's the same package and the same price, paid only once your job is secured.

A day in the life

What a day in a Japan ski season could look like

  1. 08:30

First chair on your day off, in some of the deepest snow on earth

  2. 14:00

Shift at the resort: lifts, rentals, the hotel or a restaurant

  3. 19:00

Dinner with a crew from all over the world

  4. 22:00

Soak in the onsen while the snow keeps falling

How it works

  • Apply once, with your arrival month and the roles you'd enjoy
  • On a hello call, we help you choose the resort that suits you
  • You only pay once your job is secured
  • We help with your visa, then support you through the season

The season generally runs from December to March, with staff often arriving in late November for training. Placements fill on a first-come, first-served basis, so applying three to four months ahead gives you the best choice of roles.
