Why Hokkaido Ski Resorts
Hokkaido is Japan's powder heartland, and Niseko is only the start. Resorts across the island hire seasonal staff every winter, many with a quieter, more local feel than Niseko.
We already place people in Niseko and plan to add more Hokkaido resorts. Join the waitlist to be first in line, or apply for Niseko now.

A day in the life
What a day in Hokkaido Ski Resorts could look like
08:30
Fresh tracks through the trees at Rusutsu or Kiroro
13:00
Lunch service at the resort hotel
18:00
Soup curry in town with your new crew
Day off
Train to Otaru or Sapporo for canals and snow festivals
Resorts we are looking at
- Rusutsu: a large resort close to Niseko, known for its tree runs
- Kiroro: near Otaru, with some of the heaviest snowfall in Hokkaido
- Furano: central Hokkaido, with dry powder and a real working town
- Tomamu and Sahoro: resort-style destinations in central and eastern Hokkaido
Typical roles
Most roles are in resort hotels, restaurants, rental shops and lift operations, much like the jobs we place in Niseko.
